Hi doctor, thank you I would like to know what is it that I might have inside my mouth. Is a big white blister in tip of my tonge and lots o tiny like--blisters under my tonge and inside my lower lip. The pain is unberreable and driving me crazy, should I go to Emergency care facility. Today is about 72- hrs already. Is there anything I can do at home until tomorrow when my doctor is available? Thank you and blessings from heaven to all of you out there for helpless people like me on a Holiday.
Hi. Thanks for your appreciation and a proper history. The blisters on the tip of the tongue, under the tongue and inside of the lower lip can be due to some disorders like development of aphthous ulcers, may be a reaction to something which is always difficult to find, use of hot liquids and so on. My thoughts: You should go to the ER for the following reasons: - To get a proper diagnosis. Investigations as needed and to get a proper treatment.
It is already 72 hours. Stop taking any OTC medicines at all.
