What Causes Bleeding While Passing Stool After C-section?

hello, i had an emergency c section 4 weeks ago coz my baby had no heart beat due to placenta abruption and i was poo'ing fine now im getting all back to normal and my poo is hard again an i can go properly, when i wipe my bum there is blood, but there is none in the toilet or on the actual poo, what is this im worried ?

I really appreciate your concern, your history of C-section and the present complaint of blood stain stool is nothing to take any thing with each other but the condition of blood stain stool could be due to the hard stool the consistency of feces must be too solid that could cause trauma to rectum and so its must be bleeding, drink more water, have fibber containing diet, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
