What Causes Bleeding Tiny Red Spots On Tongue?
I have been having red tiny spots on my tounge ..and they use to bleed occasionally...but for last some time there is little bigger spot in centre of tounge that bleeds heavily....I have no pain....at sides o tounge and lip corners I am feeling like having little cuts

Your probably suffering from Vitamin C deficiency do take lot of lemon juice along with Supplemenation of Limcee tablet
