What Causes Bleeding, Puss Draining And Pain In The Penis?

My 2 year old son is having a lot of pain and issues with his penis. On one of his routine check ups many months ago without any warning his doctor forceably pulled his foreskin back he has never been the same. He bled after that visit and later started getting white and yellow puss coming out. At one point we couldn t pulled the skin at all. He crys and screams at every diaper change now and it is just unbearable. We had no issues before this incident and I am so angry! What can we do?
