hi,
the bleeding from gum site has many reasons ranging from local uncleaniness to vitamin C def and hematological problem as well. see if you are getting red spots at other skin areas as well or not? if this is the only bleeding site, i will suggest you to do a complete blood count and if it comes normal, meet a dentist. if you have other sites of bleeding too, you need urgent hematologist consult.
I find this answer helpful
