What Causes Bleeding In Early Pregnancy?
im bleeding in early pregnancy ive had an internal scan everything seems fine and baby heart is beating. Doctor told me she thought she could see an erosion on my cervix, the bleeding is more when i open my bowels. Also during my scan it appears i have a twin sac but its empty, can you advise?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, subchorionic hemorrhage, local lesions in the cervix or vagina (like erosion or polyp) or idiopathic (no cause is found).
Abortion and subchorionic hemorrhage are ruled out by normal ultrasound.
The twin gestational sac which is empty can be the cause of the bleeding.
You should not worry, take rest and progesterone support in the form of tablets or injections.
