i m 62 years old man.today there waz bleeding from my testicle sac from the tiny veins.the bleeding was much but it stopped later on.i am having fasula problem also near my anus for past 24 years.what can be the reason of bleeding from testicle sac?it is first time that it bleed.

Since you are a known patient of fistula-in-ano for the 24 years and now have a bleeding from the small veins in the scrotal sac indicates that the bleeding was indeed from the blood vessels of the scrotal sac. The cause can be a reactionary enlargement of the veins in the scrotal sac due to any chronic irritation it must have had.
I would advise you the following::: Do not worry. Apply liquid povidone iodine to the scrotal sac to avoid any secondary infection being developing and consult a General Surgeon to see the problem and be treated accordingly. Also get an ultrasonography and color doppler of the scrotum so that any serious underlying problem can be rules ...
