What Causes Bleeding From Nose?

I'm a 37-year-old healthy male, but over the past 3 weeks have started experiencing frequent nosebleeds for no apparent reason. My nose will just start bleeding. It's not a large amount and will stop after a few minutes, but it has me concerned it may be a symptom of a larger issue.

Hello dear!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!

Nose bleeding may happen for too may reasons. I'm trying to explain the most common conditions which cause that:

- High blood pressure, which damages thin capillaries inside the nose.
- Low platelets in blood which makes more possible the hemorrhage to happen.
- Allergic conditions or nose infections
- Hight temperature and dry air exposure for a long time.

This are the most common causes of epistaxis.
I would suggest to do the following analysis to find out more details about your health condition.
- Measure your blood pressure several times a day, and especially in the moment of bleeding.
- Do a complete blood count to see the levels of platelets.
- Avoid dry air environments and high temperatures.

I hope you will be fine!
