Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Warfarin is an anticoagulant or in general words blood thinner medicine and bleeding from mouth can occur as in patients with blood thinning medications as they have reduced clotting tendencies and slight stimulation or injury can cause increased bleeding episodes..
I would suggest you to consult your treating physician and get evaluated and he can evaluate her clinically and can also advise blood tests like Bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombin time etc to rule out the exact cause of bleeding..
He can however reduce the dose of the Warfarin or can stop the medication for a few days and then repeat the course under lower doses..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
