What Causes Bleeding For A Pregnant Woman?

I have placenta posterior extending upto os and suffering from bleeding.bleeding started after 12 wks of completion.im taking enough rest, even though bleeding starts and lasts upto 1 to 2 days.i have done my sonogram and baby was fine.what should i do now?

as your baby is fine in sonograpy , dont worry at this moment. get adequate rest. avoid from sexual intercourse. if there is any bleeding again meet your VOG urgently or admit to hospital.you may need to undergone periodical repeat ultra sound scans as suggested by your VOG. if your placenta is still lowelying around 36weeks you may need cesserian section to deliver your baby. but because it is just 12 weeks now, most of the time position of placenta can be changed at term.
