Post concussive headaches occur in people following trauma to the head and can remain present for months to several years generally resolving after this period of time as well. The big bump on the temple may be from the concussion if that's where you got struck. The bleeding is unlikely related to the concussion directly. You'll need a doctor to do a visual inspection of that for a better diagnosis. If you've found this information helpful would you do me the favor of rating the answer. Many thanks.
