Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Rough intercourse with deep penetration can cause pain in the pelvic region, especially if the ovaries are prolapsed into the Pouch of Douglas. This may have caused the bleeding and more so since you have recently completed the period. Yet, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation by a specialist to exclude other causes. Hope this helps.
