What Causes Bleeding After Getting A Birth Control Shot?

I got my shot in april. two weeks later I was bleeding I also had sex that morning. I went to the er and they told me that I was going through hormonal changes and I and a UTI. I have not have either since I been on the shot. Have been having pregnancy symptoms since april has been 4 months now. Could I be pregnant now.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of pregnancy is minimal and if this needs to be sure for confirmation then ultrasonography is the way because this is the accurate test, and you can think about this, if you are not worry about this and it may not make any difference to you in either way of negative or positive pregnancy then just do nothing if it is not pregnancy then you are going have the bleeding soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
