I really appreciate your concern, the condition is called "Hemospermia" in young age it is self limiting and soon disappears if the condition is persistence then it need to be seen for infection and inflammation of whole anatomical stricter of sperm and seminal vesicles fluid where forming, in old age prostrate pathology could be the cause and it could be malignant, in short it need to be investigated, hope this information helps
