Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

The symptom that you describe, correlate with an urinary tract infection.
I don't think that you are having a miscarriage. Blood in the urine, correlate with an UTI.

I suggest to do an urine test and an ultrasound of your urinary tract infection and if the diagnose is confirmed than to take the proper medication prescribed by your doctor.

If you have any other question, don't hesitate to contact me.
