What Causes Blackouts, Migraine And Headache?

I blacked out a week ago and the next night I blacked out again with no warning. the first time I blacked out I hit my head and caused two large knots. since the first black out I have been having a migraine headache everyday. I have had blood work, ct scan and having a mri so far none of the test show anything. what could be causing this.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The blackout may be due to postural hypotension, syncopal attacks or seizures.
If all imaging are normal then you should consult a neurologist for other investigations like EEG , ECG and blood pressure.
