What Causes Black Stool, Stomach Bloating And Stomach Pain?

Hi good evening I am mail person ,about 8 to 10 days ago I went to the bathroom to make the pope and when I did it came out in water form black red color black clods my belle is bloated and hurts in side I am also passing a lot of gas and when I go to the bath room nothing is coming out and sometimes my head hurts what is your advice ?
