What Causes Black Stool And Blood When Wiping?

Taken multivitamin and magnesium oxide 400 mg. oh also drink apple cider viniger once per day. One tablespoon with 10 oz of water. All this is new for past two weeks of my life. Noticed stool is darker or black, before saw bright red only when wiping? Help

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
You have Bleeding from the anus, rectal bleeding Or Dark coloured stools. Which is a very common symptom. Up to 15% of adults have seen blood on their toilet paper.
As a general rule, bright red blood means that the bleeding has come from the area around the anus. If the blood is darker, it usually means that its origin is a bleed higher up the digestive tract.
Bleeding can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3.Infection of intestines
4.Rarely it might be colon cancer
If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist
