What Causes Black Stool After Intercourse?

Hi, I had vaginal intercorse 9 weeks ago. 2 weeks after that, i had black stools for a day. I lost weight mostly in my muscles. My Testosterone levels are low than normal for my age. I tested for HIV at 52 days(Rapid test and a test by taking blood from arms in a lab) after the intercourse and the results were negative. What are the chances of me being HIV Positive

This test is pretty accurate after that period and you should not have doubts about its accuracy so it is almost100% true that results are negative. Black stool is. it related to HIV infection and this is usually affected with iron rich diet or constipation.
