What Causes Black Spots Under Foot?
My nephew has 3 dark spots on the bottom of one of his feet. At first my sister thought it was from something he stepped in outside, but it's not coming off. She has bathed him daily and scrubbed the spots, but it's not fading any. Is this something she should get checked out?
