Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you may be having either melasma or post acne hyperpigmentation.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Avoid any other cosmetic products or home remedy.
3. First you need to get rid of acne. Use a good clindamycin gel like glocin gel twice daily on pimples and it's marks.
4. Once pimples have cleared you can go for chemical peeling treatment again or use mild skin lightening cream containing kojic acid once at night.

Thanks.
