What Causes Black Particles In Urine?

HI - The last 3 days I've noticed tiny black/brown particles (almost like I'm seeing slightly larger dust particles) in my urine. Should I worry about that? No pain urinating. Just not sure what it is. And if it's ok. - - if needed, I'm very healthy 47 year old female.

HI
You need a urinalysis since the black particle may be tiny blood clots and if there's blood in your urine that needs further workup
