What Causes Black Floaters In Right Eye With Occasional Double Vision?

I have an increase black floaters in my right eye at the lower half vision field. I wear contacts, changed them out this morning and black floaters still in my vision. I also have noticed double vision w/ my contacts but not consistently. Last complete eye exam was Sept 2015.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms really need attention and it could be due to some retinal pathology better to see the Retinologist, should never be taken lightly or as granted hope this information helps.
