What Causes Black And White Spots On Throat With Pain?

I ve had a sore throat since Saturday. All of the pain is up near the top right of my throat. I just looked in my mouth and the appears to be a white and black spot on my throat to the right of my uvula. Throat spray, gargling saltwater, aleve, lozenges.. Nothing works. What do you recommend?

I have Read your quey and understand your concern . As far as white and black spots on throat is concerned this can be due to strep throat or tonsilitis . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination throat . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin and allegra by consulting with local doctor .
