What Causes Bedwetting In Children?

My 10 yr old son is about 14 months out of treatment from stage4 neuroblastoma and here recently we've been having issues with bedwetting. Not every night, but enough to raise some concern since this problem didnt exist before his cancer. Is this related to any of his treatments or maybe something different?

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

If he has been receiving chemotherapy, then the cause of these symptoms could be drug induced cystitis which could be ausing this.
I would suggest you to get Ultrasound abdomen and also Urine examination to rule out urinary tract infection.
Practising double voiding at bedtime may resolve the problem of bed wetting.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
