Hi, I have gone through your question.
Upper epigastric pain, gas, bloating and belching is common in second and third trimester of pregnancy. This occurs because of the effect of the progesterone which promotes acid reflux and causes these symptoms.
It is highly unlikely to be posted cholecystectomy syndrome.
I would suggest you to take preventive measures for acid reflux like avoiding spicy and oily food, sleeping or resting with the head end a llittle elevated and take antacids when needed.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
