What Causes Bad Stomach Ache And Nausea?

I have been waking up at night with bad stomach ache nausea sometimes throwing up last night I was shaking so bad it was like convulsions. I am going to have test tomorrow to see if I have hernia or kidney disease my bowels too have completely changed i used to go 5 times a day now Im lucky if I go once or twice every 3 days. had urine test today and all was okay no blood in urine or infection either.when this gets bad I feel like I am seriously dieing

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history bad stomach, nausea, vomiting at nights shaking like convulsions, going to have the tests tomorrow, to see if you have hernia or kidney disease, bowel frequency reduced to once in three days from 5 times a day.
The possible causes can be GERD as you do not have intestinal symptoms.
I would advise you to the following:
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Take Antacids and Domperidone with prescription of your Doctor. This may help
If this is not helping you, then you will need the further investigations like upper GI Endoscopy and further tests to see for the cause which is already planned and then you will get a proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
