Some stomach pain and light headed spells where I get very disorientated and do t know where I am.. The sweats started maybe a year ago but only in the past 6 months I been having bad pain in the stomach and trouble going to the toilet but when I do go my stool is floating.. I have also got a bloating going on in my bowel area maybe a fat deposit I m not sure but it looks like I m pregnant at some points.. My diet is full of carbs and normal intake as far as protein and fats are concerned.. I did train quite a lot but that s had to slow down too.. I also get really bad chest pains like heartburn but sharp especially when over exerting myself.. I ve been to the doctor numerous times and they can t seem to find anything wrong with me.. Help

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about having vinegar smelling night sweats, loosing weight, stomach ache, light headedness, disorientation, stool floating, chest pains with heartburn, consulted Doctors but can not seem to have found anything.
I would advise the following in such a case:
Stool test for three consecutive days.
Tests of blood for cbc, sugar, thyroid tests, liver functions, and as needed on clinical evaluation and examination.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
A trial of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Probiotics.
Stop all the foods and beverages that enhance the problems as it is proved that whatever you eat or drink has a direct bearing on the smell of the stools, sweats and breath.
This will help you to have control soon.
