What Causes Bad Reflux, Short Of Breath When Laying Down?

I have very bad reflux and a couple of months ago I became short of breath when lying down. A chest ct scan showed a partially collapse lung. My gap prescribed antibiotics. However I do not know what caused this. The symptoms started again last night

I think you will need to see a pulmonologist for this complaints , it can be due to some previous infection.
