What Causes Bad Painful Spasm In Back And Rib Area?
I get bad spasms in my back and rib areas. it feels like my ribs are crossing which I know they don t do. it is so painful that I can t find a position that helps relieve it. they do go away but come back easily with any movement. this is not constant but frequent. being a nurse I am always moving and this is affecting my ability to do my job. any suggestions?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here, I could say that this pain could be because of the poor posture, and to get rid of this you need to maintain the good posture, and for the symptomatic relief you can take the Tab Acetaminophen and Tab Chlorzoxazone three times in day and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
