Hello and welcome. We cannot confirm a diagnosis without an examination and so the first thing I have to advise is a urine culture and sensitivity examination and a urine analysis. Once the reports come we can more accurately and rapidly treat you. But in the meantime, avoid sexual activity in all forms and drink plenty of fluids. The current possibilities include a bacterial infection you may have picked up from having sexual intercourse with a female partner who had the infection, the conditions include bacterial vaginitis or trichomoniasis.
