What Causes Bad Odour In Vagina During Menstruation?
hi iv been having my period and sometimes it smells bad like something die there .the smell all ways start on day 3 or 4 of my circle .blood is bright red.i always have bad cramps 1 day before and 1 day on the starting of my period.please help me with any answer you have ..thanks.. oh and i only have that bad smell only when i have a heavy bleeding and i use 4 pads per day and night i don t have to change pads cause i sleep through the night :(

It is most probably due to some sort of fungal infection of vagina. For treatment you can take some antibiotics preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion with avil or cetrizine if itching is there. You can use clingen-forte vaginal pessary for 3-5 days to put in to your vagina once daily at night. Maintain local hygiene either by regular wash with soap water or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application. Thank you
