Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Bad breath in a small boy is usually due to bad oral hygiene.
Washing the mouth after each feed and use of listerine mouth gargle solution 2-3 times daily will cure the prroblem.
A condition known as atrophic rhinitis may give rise to bad breath.
Consult ENT specialist if not cured by above treatment.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
