Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain bad breath along with being cold and clammy seems to be due to Viral Infection that is common in toddlers..

Do not worry, she will be fine soon..

-Continue giving tylenol to relieve fever..

-Feed with plenty of warm fluids and give a soft and semisolid diet..

-Avoid spicy, chilled foods.

-Give appropriate rest..

In case of no improvement in a week consult a Paediatrician and get her evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
