What Causes Bad Breath And Dark Bowel Movement?

Hai.. I am asking it for my father who is of 62 years old. Since a month am observing bad breath in him and also now a days he tells his stool is little dark n loose.. what might be the cause of it.. he used to drink a lot morning and evening, even now he drinks both the time but limited.. please answer my question.. Thank u..

dark bowel is malina which is digested blood from colon or intestine sip chilled milk and can take antacid like omiprazol and polycrol gel.avoid solid food.
