What Causes Back Pain, pelvic Bone Pain & Delay In Periods?

I was supposed to start my period 2 weeks ago. I took 2 tests a week ago and they both came out negative. Lately I have been having lower back pain, I had some pelvic bone pain yesterday. The first week after I was supposed to start I ended up having cramping. I am extra bloated and gassy lately but not sure if I am pregnant because of the negative tests last week. I am on birth control and not sure if I should stop taking it. Am I pregnant? Should I take another test?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello madam,I understand your concern.you can do the urine pregnancy test again with a week gap.In my opinion the ultrasound will confirm the diagnosis and cause of your complaints.moreover you are on birth control pills so there is less chance of pregnancy.so consult the ObGy and take appropriate treatment.start taking birth control pills after the tests and ultrasound reveal no pregnancy.and dont worry relax.
