What Causes Back Pain?
I fell over the Easter break hurting my back! I did X-rays and scans show nothing is wrong! It's been two weeks since it happened and my back is still sore! In the mornings it's that sore that I can't even walk! I've tried so many pain killers but there not working

So go for MRI of spine and take proper treatment and physiotherapy.
