What Causes Back Pain, Vaginal Discharge And Swollen Feet During Pregnancy?

im having alot off middle and upper back pain i am 36 weeks pregnant an i keep having wetness on my underwear and my feet are swelling up to wear my pants an socks r leaving imprints and indentions on my feet and legs an i have barely been up on them. i have barely had any sodium an ive had plenty of water

Hi..Can understand your concern....As per your query about back pain ,vaginal discharge and swelling in feet during 36 week of pregnancy is due to hormonal changes which occurs in few last weeks of gestation period or pregnancy.You need not to worry but,if there is considerable amount of discharge or spotting or any water loss is there or any cramping pain you should immediately report your gynaecologist.Also keep noticing movement of baby inside.As far as swelling in legs is concerned it is due to more blood flow in lower abdomen and BP may be slightly lowered as a baby is developing inside...Avoid prolong standing and lifting heavy weight or climbing stairs..Calcium and iron supplements should be continued as prescribed by your gynaecologist.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
