What Causes Back Pain, Blood In Urine And Painful Urination?

Hi, Developed dull kidney pains, both kidneys on and off. With kidney pains comes blood in urine. Always variable extreme sting with urination. Urinalysis +Leukocytes +RBC -nitrite. everything else negative. Standard UTI antibiotics have little effect. (Bactrim DS, Cipro, Amox) Had a resistant skin eczema above ankle where boot top rubbed skin for a long time. Only Bactroban ointment diminished skin eczema. Bought a microscope, examined my urine. Attached images. Does the first image look like clump of cocci? If so probably resistant due to minor effect with standard UTI antibiotics.

@ There is underlying urinary infection with possibility of urinary calculus .
@ Seems more of multi drug resistant infection
@ In our clinic we recommend to undertake urine culture report with
Ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis to evaluate the issue in depth &
manage it in most precise manner .
@ Strongly recommend you
# increase your liquids intake as much as possible
# avoid exposure to excess heat
# remain ambulatory with normal walking , exercises
# avoid smoking / alcohol
# cranberry sachets will help to some extent
# amla , citrus fruits have natural herbal tendency for soothing
# for pain can consume acetaminophen (325)mg 3 times a day after meals
