What Causes Back Pain And Irregular Urination?

My younger brother suffering from back pain and irregular toilet. My younger brother , he is a 24 years old.3.5 years back, he noticed blood in the urine. while check up doctor noticed that he is suffering from by lateral obstructed megaureta. hence he has done a a operation of bilateral ureteral reimplantation. After that surgery, 1) toilet is irregular : He went to toilet, once in two to three days. Regular toilet is not happening. 2) Back pain problem is started. : Even he can not walk to sit on a chair for longer time. back pain is started. 3)Again recently light pain he is feeling while going for urine. Also continuous and in full force urine is not possible. He is allready operate and the problems are rised, now I am totally confused what to do???
