Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern and I will try to help you.
Most cases of endometrial hyperplasia are benign, or noncancerous. Because of the associated hormonal changes, this condition is most common among women who are nearing menopause or have reached menopause. Endometrial hyperplasia may also occur because of chronic disorders, such as diabetes, obesity, or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
There are four type of endometrial hyperplasia ,and this determined by doing endometrial curettage and sending it for endometrial biopsy.
Having lower abdominal cramps is not a sign that you are having cancer.

All the best

Infectious Diseases Specialist Dr. Arun's  Response
Hello dear,

Thank you for your contact to health care magic.

I read and understand your concern.

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

Yes, such a complaints in middle age women must be investigated in detail. The most common cause for such a problem is likely to be malignancy.

This can be ruled out by D and C by gynaecologist. If report is showing the abnormal cells than it can be dealt with the hysterectomy as per the situation.

If the cells are not abnormal than hormonal treatment can be taken.

I will be happy to answer your further concern on bit.ly/DrArun.

Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank
