Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
What is your Height and weight? Your symptoms suggest Lumbar Spondylosis. Kindly get yourself examined first by a Orthopedist to rule out the exact cause via Physical examination and X ray or MRI.
You may need analgesics and Physiotherapy if it is severe and if you are Overweight, you need to reduce your weight by Regular exercises and Brisk walking.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
