What Causes Back Ache With Headache?

I ve been having some major headaches for about 3 weeks now and I just started experiencing bad lower back pains about 4 days now and every time I lay a certain way or try to bend down water comes dripping out of my nose can you please let me know what this could be causing these symptoms?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concern. You are probably suffering from mild cold that may be a reason for backach and headach. Take pacimol and cetzine, you will feel better.
