What Causes Asthma After Removal Of Upper Right Lobe Of Right Lung?

I had my upper right lobe of my right lung removed after issues from fungi. I never had asthma prior but have had debilitating asthma and feelings of suffocating when I try to exert myself. I am on all sorts of sprays and inhalers but, nobody seems to be able to answer why it developed, is it permanent etc.

You had an aspergilloma in the upper lobe.
Following the removal, you have bronchopulmonary aspergillosis which is an allergic reaction presenting as asthma.
