What Causes Arrhythmia Of Heart Along With Dizzy Spells And Nausea?

I have been having irregular heartbeats along with dizziness, nausea, and nearly blacking out and fainting for the last two days. No real shortness of breath, but a strange sensation of weakness and fluttering in my chest. It is better when I sit down. Worse when up and walking around. No sure if I need an doctor s appointment or if this is serious? This has been going on for some time, but has gotten worse this week.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Looking to the history you might be having some cardiac arrhythmia and require some investigations like EKG, Echo-cardiogram, cardiac enzyme testing etc.
Consult cardiologist as soon as possible and get examined.
After proper diagnosis treatment should be started accordingly.
Meanwhile take complete rest.
Ok and take care.
