What Causes Arms Pain After Alcohol Intake?

Whenever I drink alcohol regardless of how much I intake, be it one single shot half pint or several. I always get left arm pain that lasts for the entire following day sometimes longer. Nowhere else, just the left arm. The muscles feel weak and achy and i get shooting pains. I do drink whiskey, could it be that?

although left arm pain is classic for cardiac (heart) trouble, it can be from other causes that are near the nerves supplying the heart such as the esophagus or stomach. even minor irritation could do this. or severe ulcer. could be heart, but alcohol definitely is a stomach and esophagus irritant. it doesn't usually provoke heart trouble.
