General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Before running into final conclusions, I need to have a look at the white spots you are referring.

Having flat white spots on your penis and body and hands are suggestive for possible psoriasis. However, fungal infection of skin should be ruled out first.

I advise to consult with a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

All the best!
