What Causes Anxiety With Stress?

Dear Doctor, i am working in Pvt comp full day i have to sit in front of computer. few months back i faced e 2 panic attack and and doctor advised me to take nexito 10 for few days. now a days i feel ver unconsious and anxity along with stress and fear in mind if some thing happen to me . plz adive can i take nexito 10 for relif and how long i can take to get relief from stress

hii dear

etiology of stress and anxiety can be psychological or biological
psychological are due to past forgotton whshed or desire which are in our subconscious mind which is activated by current precipitating situations
biological are due to either genetic loading or due to change in neurotransmitters in brain mostly serotonin

medication that given to u is nexito 10 mg
it is appropiate to ur symptoms and u have to take it at least 6 to 9 mnths
there is no major side effect of this drugs
so no need to worry
if u feel panic like attacks in between than u have to take tab clonazepam 05 mg mouth disloving tab sos and u have quick relief within 5 min.
tray to modify living
stress free life
avoid alcohol and smoking
regular exercise and healthy food
do meditation
proper sleep etc will helpful to u
