What Causes Anal Pain With Penis Discomfort?

I am a 31 years old male 5' 11" and weigh 185 pounds. I maybe had 1 or 2 urinary tract infections but over the last 2 months I have felt some pain in my anus when I move and recently I feel like I constantly have to pee and when I walk I feel like something is in my penis. When I do make a bowel movement the feeling does go away sometimes. I also do have pain once in a while on my left lower back. The pain is not bad but I am just concerned.
