What Causes Anal Pain After Intercourse Post Hemorrhoid Surgery?

Hi I had hemrhoid surgery about 4 weeks ago, just went through my post o so I assumed it was ok to have missionary style sex. Well was I wrong. The pain today is unbearable and I m just wondering why, Can you assist with an answer please and thank you

wel if you just had simple sex i dnt thnk whats the harm in it because you can have vaginal sex anal is not advisable as after surgery it requires time to heal .....maybe the pain you are facing is because of excessive stretching and i wil advise you to rest and wait for a whike before you start interciurse again .....use sm pain killers if its unbearable ...
